Darin says:

These are super good… made them twice in a week!

adttn says:

much better with real butter, milk, and chocolate. plus it wont make u turn gay like vegan shit does.

Orfa says:

Tried these and they were amazing and simple to make!

Morgan says:

These cookies were so freaking delicious! My non-veg friends were all stunned when I told them they were cruelty free!

Meredith says:

Wow! I just made these, and they rocked my socks off!!! I also love that I could bake the first dozen, and freeze the rest of the dough for later! I cannot wait to try your other recipes.

Isabel says:

I just made a double batch. I cut out the earth balance and put more peanut/almond butter in instead, substituted the flour for 1 cup oat flour and 1 cup whole wheat, 1/2 cup apple butter and 2 tbsp molasses instead of the sugar (molasses is a great source of iron!), and increased the amount of chocolate chips. Very nice.

Ross says:

I’m not a big fan of peanut butter, but I had some of it and I didn’t know how to use it nor I wanted to throw it away. Well, I made these cookies and they are amazing!

Kendrah says:

Just made these, it was hard to not eat them right away but I remembered they would burn my mouth right off so I waited…lol Thanks for the recipe 🙂

Could not have said it better myself VEGAYN! Only true weirdos drink breast milk from another species especially when they are adults! And eating a chicken period. Ewwwww!! I am happily a VEGAYN myself!

misiu says:

Love your comment VEGANN!!

Liz says:

First of all, these were ffn delicious. Secondly @adttn, all I have to say to you buddy is that you are pathetic. Why are you even here? At a VEGAN recipe blog, if all you wanted to accomplish was posting a banal, homophobic, childish, comment? Did you get lost on the way home to 4chan?

ich brauche geld says:

Everyone loves what you guys are usually up too. This sort of clever work and exposure!
Keep up the amazing works guys I’ve added you guys to my blogroll.

Earl says:

These are pretty good… But are you supposed to use sweetened peanut butter or is plain peanut butter good?

    The Vegan Zombie says:

We used regular organic peanut butter. It doesn’t have to be sweetened.

Michele says:

That jerk touched your cookies with dirty hands! Ugh, zombies… I haven’t tried these yet, but I’m pretty sure they’re going to be the most delicious cookie I have ever eaten. I was looking for a homemade version of the Alternative Baking Company peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, but I think these will be better.

Unintentional Redneck Comedy says:

oh my gosh, comment #2 makes me laugh!!! Did a South Park character write it? come on! nobody actually says stuff like that! And then I love how all the comments following (presumably from non-gay vegans) just politely ignored it like it never even happened, as if it were a loud fart in a fancy restaurant, and to acknowledge it would only make the situation worse. VEGAYNS and polite vegans just want everyone to love each other!

Sarah says:

Wow. You werent kidding…. peanut butter and chocolate deliciousness. These are freaking amazing! My hubby said if I lose the recipe I have to move out hahaha. I even used whole wheat flour and you would never know it!

karin says:

super! I even cut the sugar in half and added a tbsp flax. Great recipe.

Amy says:

I subbed in almond butter and these were a big hit – thanks!

katie says:

I was out of buttery spread so I subbed it with coconut oil… Holy peanut butter/coconut/chocolate deliciousness, Batman. I highly recommend this variation.

Kathleen in Canada says:

I was craving peanut butter cookies at work last week. The baker had non-vegan ones in the oven and the smell of peanut butter and sugar wafted through the whole store. I’m so glad I found this recipe. I just had my first cookie and it was great.

Jessica says:

I used 1 1/4 c peanut butter instead of the Earth Balance, substituted 1 cup of oats for 1 cup of the flour, and increased the chocolate chips to 1 cup. My boyfriend and I ate half the batch in an hour.

Nora says:

These are hands down the best peanut butter cookies I’ve ever eaten in my whole life!!! Will never use another recipe again!
